Federal Reserve to Hold Hybrid Meeting on EGRPRA Review

On February 19, 2026, the Federal Reserve Board announced that it will hold a hybrid public outreach meeting on March 26, 2026, as part of its review of regulations under the Economic Growth and Regulatory Paperwork Reduction Act (EGRPRA). EGRPRA mandates that the Board, with public input, review its regulations every 10 years to identify outdated or unnecessarily burdensome requirements for certain supervised institutions.

The outreach meeting is an opportunity for stakeholders to share their perspectives on various regulatory categories relevant to Board-supervised institutions, as outlined in four Federal Register notices. Interested individuals can provide oral comments either virtually or in person, but must register by March 19, 2026, and specify the topics they wish to address. The meeting will be held at the Federal Reserve Board building in Washington, D.C., and will also be livestreamed on federalreserve.gov and YouTube. Advance registration is required for in-person attendance, and inquiries can be directed to EGRPRA@frb.gov.
