On June 23, 2026, the FFIEC announced the availability of data on 2025 mortgage lending transactions reported under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) by 4,782 U.S. financial institutions. Covered institutions include banks, savings associations, credit unions, and mortgage companies.

The FFIEC released several data products to serve a variety of data users, including the 2025 Snapshot National Loan-Level Dataset (as of June 1, 2026), the HMDA Dynamic National Loan-Level Dataset, and Aggregate and Disclosure Reports.

Adam Witmer is a speaker, author, and founder of the Compliance Cohort.
