We are glad you are here.
Unlike our Compliance Class pages that have videos and downloads (on pages that look like this), this premium membership page is a bit different. You see, you will be getting access to several of our Compliance Classes throughout the year (based on your membership level) , so this is just an information page to help you understand and receive the benefits of your membership.
So, here are the things you need to do so that you take full advantage of your premium membership.
As a premium member, you get a number of things based on the type of membership you purchased:

Enrollment into 4 Quarterly Compliance Updates (see Step 3 below)
Enrollment in our Compliance Management Systems Class (see Step 4 below)
Occasional Premium Perks (see Step 5 below)
Premium Gold
Enrollment into 4 Quarterly Compliance Updates (see Step 3 below)
Enrollment in our Compliance Management Systems Class (see Step 4 below)
Occasional Premium Perks (see Step 5 below)
Enrollment into TWO additional Compliance Classes (see Step 6 below)
Premium Pro
Enrollment into 4 Quarterly Compliance Updates (see Step 3 below)
Enrollment in our Compliance Management Systems Class (see Step 4 below)
Occasional Premium Perks (see Step 5 below)
Enrollment into EVERY CLASS/PRODUCT in our store (see Step 7 below)
The following video and additional steps should provide all of the details you need to know about your premium membership. Most importantly, if you have any questions about your premium membership, email us at members@compliancecohort.com with the title of premium member so you get special treatment (see step 8 below) and we will get you squared away.
As a premium member you get enrolled in classes based on the cohort you are in when you enrolled. For example, if you are part of our January 2024 cohort, you were automatically enrolled in two classes when you purchased your premium membership: both 1) our Compliance Management Systems class (see Step 4 below) and 2) the Winter Quarterly Compliance Update (as soon as it is/was released in early February). In addition to the Winter 2024 Quarterly Compliance Update, our January 2024 premium member cohort will also get access to the following classes, when they become available throughout the year:

As we publish our Quarterly Compliance Updates throughout the year, you will automatically be enrolled in each program as it becomes available (so be sure to watch for the release of each update). Each Quarterly Compliance Update is typically available by the end of the first month of the quarter, or the early part of the following month. For example, the Winter Update is typically available by the end of January/early February, the Spring Update is typically available by the end of April/early May, the Summer Update is typically available by the end of July/early August, and the Fall Update is typically available by the end of October/early November.
You can access your quarterly updates through the class login page then select the class you want to watch from the list. NOTE: The class login page includes all of our available programs, but you will only have access to the training programs that are included in your premium membership, or that you purchased separately.
As a perk for premium members, you will have access to each of your Quarterly Compliance Updates for the full term (year) of your premium membership. Our Compliance Classes typically expire 60 days after registration, but we have decided to give you extended access for the Quarterly Compliance Updates.
As part of your premium membership, you have automatically been enrolled in the Compliance Class: Compliance Management Systems. This program was designed to explain what regulators expect of a compliance management system in financial institutions. You can access this class by going to your “class login” page (from the link on our home page) then selecting the Compliance Management Systems class.
As is the case with the Quarterly Compliance Update classes, you will have access to the Compliance Management Systems class for the length of your entire membership. The only thought we have with this perk is that we don’t want you to forget to attend the class, so you might want to schedule in a date now for when you intend to view this class.
As a premium member, you will receive occasional “Premium Perks” as part of your membership. The goal of this benefit is to provide a few additional tools that will help our premium members in their organizations. Premium Perks will vary in nature, but could include things like executive summaries or additional training videos. All premium perks included in your premium membership will be available through our Premium Perks page.
As Premium Perks become available throughout the year, we will notify you by email on how to access them.
If you are enrolled in our Premium Gold, read this. If not, move to the next step.
Your Premium Gold membership includes any two additional Compliance Classes from our store (premium training excluded). You must enroll (see below) in your additional Compliance Classes before your membership expires, so you can choose your classes now or wait for new ones to be released later in your membership cycle - just mark your calendar so you don’t forget to use this benefit.
To enroll in your additional classes, just email us at members@compliancecohort.com with the class(es) you want enrolled in. You will have access to these additional classes for only 60 days (which is the typical length of enrollment in our Compliance Classes.
If you are a Premium Pro members, you should automatically have access to every program in our store which you can access by clicking on the “class login” link on our home page, and then choosing any program from the list.
